Gluten free eater. We ordered take out. Their menu is really helpful on what is gf. Even in 2024 this is not the industry standard. I ordered a curry noodle dish. It had decent flavor. It was a bit dry. But overall I shared this with my husband and we finished the whole thing. They had gf soy sauce which made me happy. Their gf rolls were limited. I'm sure if I was in the restaurant they would accommodate. It was just easier ordering online with their menu and not making adjustments. Overall it's a go to when I'm in NC visiting.

Relaxed ambience, seated within 10 minutes on a Friday night, and great variety of unique specialty sushi! Food took a bit longer than expected to come out, but quality was all excellent - our favorites were the scorching son and cash money rolls!

Finally an interesting place with fresh appetizing dishes that caters to a wide variety of interests. I must say the inside decor is quite appealing and the service was great. Our server TJ was really funny and a pro. He went over the menu and gave us time to acclimate ourselves to their offerings. There are a lot of options for everyone, the bento boxes are a great opportunity for people to try a variety of things. I would highly recommend and we will be back!

We are frequently dining here, but, when it is for a birthday dinner, it is still very special. I like the modern vibe here, with lots of window seating to look out at the busy Birkdale Village foot traffic. We were here on a Monday night, but it was still very busy. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and she likes coming here. Favs on the menu are the crab Rangoon dip and the Korean spring rolls. Many of us order from the Stir Fry bar, where you can customize your bowl with choice of protein, veggies, sauce, noodles or rice, etc. and we tried the Fusion Bento Box. It is a lot of food! Always delicious and great service here. Our server, Mikayla, heard we were celebrating a birthday and brought a lovely slice of chocolate cake and singing to go with it! The gong was the best touch!! So much fun, made my girl laugh, glad she wasn't embarrassed. Thanks for making it a great experience.

Crab Rangoon dip. That is a must order every single time. I love most of the sushi rolls here and the staff has always been very friendly when I dine there. I wish they would change out the bright lights and aesthetic for something a little more moody, to set the vibe. Other than that, a solid choice for lunch or dinner when in birkdale.

We went here for our 21st anniversary and it was great but it is very loud inside. They don't do reservations so prepare to wait especially on the weekends. We waited 45 minutes luckily we could sit in the park and they texted us when our table was ready. I noticed a lot of kids so this is not the place for intimate dining. We were starving by the time we were seated we ordered right away. The staff was nice and accommodating. We ordered the Korean spring rolls and spicy tuna rolls for appetizers. For dinner I had teriyaki salmon and my husband had Szechuan chicken with sweet tea and turmeric ginger hot tea because it was cold in restaurant. No dessert because we had cake at home. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Portions were good so we needed to go boxes. We highly recommend and will go back.

I've been to this place a few times in the past...but due to the long distance from my home, I haven't been back in a long time. Plus, I never wrote a review for them back when, so here's one now! The place is still quite small, but they have a cool seating layout...with some nice patio seatings as well. I remember enjoying their patio dining. I could be wrong, but I thought they changed up some decorations (??). For a super-late lunch at around 3 pm, I was surprised to find the place fairly busy. I ordered their Lettuce Wraps (w/ Chicken) and Szechuan Chicken (w/ Rice). Lettuce Wraps were good...but surprisingly, I've had better at P.F. Chang's. I say that because in the eeZ's version, the chicken isn't minced really small, but rather large chunks....and the flavor was rather bland. Luckily I liked the sauce that came with it. Now I LOVED their Szechuan Chicken dish! First of all, it had a very polished presentation...possibly because of their generous usage of green peppers to top the rice? I loved the dry texture of the rice...and the chicken was really good! This dish was also quite generous...easily big enough to serve 2!! Service was quite friendly and attentive...and the foods came out quickly. Although the Lettuce Wraps were a bit disappointing, I loved everything else...and have no regrets coming here again. I always liked the foods here...and I actually prefer eeZ over their sister restaurant Cowfish. If I lived closer to the north part of Charlotte, I can see myself returning here often!

This place will give you a bang for your buck! Super affordable given the amount of food they give you and it all tastes pretty good! Food quality is above average imo but the service here is amazing! Even if they're packing, the staff make sure you're doing okay and have everything you need Very zen and mellow atmosphere, great for date nights or dinners with friends and family
